addendum...

Orangey continues to be amazing on the trip...she's such a beautiful companion. she just looks out the window, sometimes tries to figure out what new sounds she hears "trucks, horns, etc..." but most of the time she's sleeping, nodding off like a tired person. she did well sleeping in the tent last night once she realized it was hopeless to bat at big bad bugs from the inside of the tent!!

Hi Guys, The Corn Palace looked interesting. Glad to hear the cat is doing well on her trip. I'm glad your just letting her roam around the Van and not be in the cage all the time. I'll keep checking thanks for the updates. Have fun. Love, Aunt Mindy

Sounds like you guys are having a blast...loved the pony story! Lela - I can just imagine how you reacted to the half eaten potato. Rude and wasteful ponies! PS - Love the helmet! I also saw a feature on McDonalds throughout the world and it had the McCafe on there!!!

Hi y'all! I still wish I could have talked to you before you left. My parents live in IL and have several spare rooms. It would have been nicer than the Joliet rest stop. I am glad Orangey is doing well. I went to the corn palace too. Are you going to Mt. Rushmore? Yellowstone? Please, please let me know when you think you will be here and where!!!
